GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RANGE:
The "cask strength" line evokes a barrel that has been turned inside out, like a stocking. Its now concave shape provides it with good stability.
It consists of bar stools, bar chairs, armchairs, and dining chairs.
Origin of the wood:
Recycled stave wood from 225-litre barrels.
The seat is made from the bottom of the barrel. The legs are made from the staves.
Assemblies
The metal feet and rings are assembled with square-necked bolts and are concealed by a wooden plug. They are facilitated by chamfers.
Wood finish:
The wood finish varies in intensity depending on the version, from raw brushed wood to planed and then finely sanded wood. Colors vary depending on the origin of the wine and the wood processing.
Next, a two-component water-soluble varnish is applied.
Metal rings:
These are specially manufactured metalwork pieces reminiscent of the barrel's hoop. Several finishes are available.
